The MCF U19s Select played their last and 4th T20 match against the SCA U16s Select at the Indian Association Ground on the 5th of August 2019.

MCF U19s Select captain, Swan Hlet Ko Ko won the toss and on the back of their impressive batting display the day before, opted to bat.

The SCA U16s Select kept things in check from the start and the only threat , skipper Ko Ko did his best to keep the scoreboard ticking over and put on 45 (44) in his innings which included 5 boundaries before he was caught well in long off by Maheswari. The SCA bowlers reined things back well with young leg spinner, Hampihallikar once again impressing with figures of 2-12 off 4 overs and adding to the impressive stemming of runs. MCF U19s Select finishing the day on 102-7.

The SCA U16s Select, still reeling from the loss the day before were more measured in their chase. Quick singles were the order of the day as openers Maheswari and Chhajer ensured that the chase was on a steady incline. The unusually docile Chhajer departed for 18 (31) and Gune and Maheswari then took complete control. Gune ending on 23 *(27) and Maheswari on 41 * (47) ensuring a clinical batting performance and a 9 wicket victory.

Vihaan Maheswari in his first match in this series named MOM.

The MCF U19s Select will depart for Myanmar on the 6th of August 2019 and the SCA will look to continue this relationship between the two countries in the coming years.
